CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION
Keeping Our Students and Teachers Safe
In order to limit the risk of exposure to the Coronavirus for our students and teachers, we are not allowing parents or other adults to enter the building at this time. We are escorting the children to their classrooms in the morning and retrieving them in the afternoon while the parents remain outside. We are also taking temperatures of all children and teachers at the front door before they are allowed to enter.
The School Environment
Our cleaning crew from Office Shines is still coming each evening to clean the school after we close. They are using a one step hospital-grade disinfectant that is a cleaner, sanitizer, fungicide, mildew stat, virucide, and deodorizer. This disinfectant is being used on all sinks, toilets, doorknobs, counter tops, floors, furniture, desks, and more. Our teachers are also taking turns wiping doorknobs and light switches during the day. They are continuing to sanitize toys and surfaces as they normally do. All of our hand-washing sinks and bathrooms are also being disinfected by Enviro-Master every other week. When things pick up again, we will return the frequency of this service to weekly.
